Preamato Fashion is a fast-growing luxury reseller specialising in designer handbags and accessories. Their inventory is highly dynamic: spanning new, pre-owned, and display items sourced globally and resold through their eBay store.

The Challenge

As Preamato scaled, managing their listing process became increasingly difficult. Creating and optimising listings was time-consuming, manual, and resource intensive. This limited the team’s ability to scale efficiently and slowed the speed at which products could be brought to market.

The team also faced challenges ensuring listings were fully optimised for eBay’s search algorithm, with inconsistent item specifics and under-optimised titles impacting visibility and performance.

The Solution
